Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern wholesale orders placed through the Your Amber platform. By registering for a wholesale account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Definitions

"Buyer" means a business entity or trader placing a wholesale order. "Products" means the amber jewellery and related goods available in the Your Amber catalogue. "Order" means a purchase request submitted by the Buyer and confirmed by Your Amber. "Order Confirmation" means the written (including e-mail) acknowledgement by Your Amber that an order has been accepted.

2. Placing Orders

Orders may be placed through the B2B platform or by e-mail at b2b@your-amber.pl. An order is binding only upon receipt of an Order Confirmation from Your Amber. We reserve the right to decline any order. Specific conditions including minimum order values are communicated to registered buyers individually.

3. Pricing and Payment

Wholesale prices are quoted in EUR or PLN. The prices applicable are those agreed with the Buyer in the Order Confirmation or the current wholesale price list. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods (including IBAN bank transfer), are stated on the invoice or agreed individually. Your Amber reserves the right to suspend order fulfilment in the event of overdue payments.

4. Delivery

We ship internationally from Poland. Stated delivery timeframes are indicative. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier. The Buyer is responsible for any import duties and local taxes applicable in the destination country.

5. Complaints and Returns

Complaints about damaged or incorrect goods should be reported promptly after receipt with photographic evidence to b2b@your-amber.pl. Your Amber will assess the complaint and propose an appropriate remedy (replacement, credit note, or refund). Returns of non-defective goods require prior written agreement with Your Amber.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, brand assets, and catalogue content are the property of Your Amber and are protected by law. Reproducing, modifying, or using them for commercial purposes without written permission from Your Amber is prohibited. Registered trade partners may be granted permission to use product imagery for resale purposes upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Your Amber is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit arising from an order, unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. In all other cases, Your Amber's liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to the competent Polish court.

9. Amendments

Your Amber reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
